Office Clerk – Job Opening

Rossburn Municipality requires an Office Clerk for their team.

As the Office Clerk, you are a key member of our Administration team. You will greet the public as they contact the office either in person, on the phone or via email.

35 hrs/week – Monday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm)

Wage: Dependent on qualifications

Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

  • Filing
  • Sorting, hand out and preparing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Answering the phone
  • Using office equipment such as photocopier, printers, and computers for email, word processing
  • Issuing receipts
  • Ordering supplies when needed
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for conferences and events
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Very good organizational abilities
  • High school diploma
